Jangan Tidur Lambat

Assalamualaikum WBT...

Selamat hari jumaat kepada semua & ape kaba rakan2, harap semuanya berada dalam keadaan yang sihat & semoga semuanya berada dalam rahmat Ilahi amin.. Alhamdulillah arinie masih lagi diberi peluang untuk bernafas di bumi nie. Syukur Ya Allah..

Haa, kepada anda semua, ape aktiviti yang dilakukan dari pagi tadi sampailah ke saat nie..?? mesti banyak benda korang buatkan.. ok, hari nie saya di beri peluang "membersihkan" ruang inbox Yahoo! saya yang da lame xbersihkan.. Terasa nak membersihkan ianya kembali setelah sekian lama xusik. kadang2 takut jugak ada orang anta berita tapi xsampai kat saya..

Pernah dengar x kata orang, bila hati kita tergerak nak buat sesuatu, mesti ada sesuatu yang akan kita jumpa @ ape2 la.. Haa, Alhamdulillah mase duk bersih-bersihkan inbox tadi terjumpe beberapa artikel yang di hantar oleh pensyarah Tesl yang sungguh baik hati. Artikel yang memang da lame dihantar tapi saya je baru perasaan. maaf puan! -mimi lepas nie, silalah selalu check inbox awak ye-...

Nak tahu, artikel ape yang di hantar... ok, jom baca same2.. tapi maaf ye dalam English.. tapi jangan risau, semuanya mudah difahami.. Sekarang baru masuk kepada tajuk entry arinie -ape la, punye panjang membebel kat atas nie-..hehe

Take note...don't always sleep late!

Good rest and sound sleep is very important... if u don't sleep well,

The toxins in your body will accumulate... Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:
1.
Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause..
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4.
Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume
fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming
overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts.
9. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting,do not store.

We have to adopt a good daily lifestyle(don't always sleep late...) and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits is very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals.

Because….

Evening 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de- toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in a un-relaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Night 11pm - 1am: The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am: de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am: de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Ok, da habis membaca..?? Ape komen korang semua, nak tidur awal @ masih nak tidur lambat lagi lepas nie.. Ermm setiap orang pasti ada jawapan yang tersendirikan. Mungkin ada orang nak tido awal sebab da biasa tido awal, mungkin ada yang nak tido lewat sebab da biase tido lewat @ ada keja yang nak disiapkan -fikir positif- huhu.. Ok ape saja alasan anda, anda yang tentukan. Tepuk dada tanye minda..Ape2 pun kesihatan mesti di jaga, jangan tunggu sampai kita sakit teruk baru kita nak sedar @ berubah! -ingatan untuk diri sendiri jugak-..

xpe2 akak jgn risau, take ur time..mimi tahu akak sibuk tp kesihatan kena jaga..ingat mimi sayang akak..(^_^*)

kak wanie..sila makan ubat..nanti demam makin teruk..ish..akak nie..makan ubat ye..semoga cepat sembuh..jangan buat keja yang boleh memenatkan akak..dapatkan rehat yang secukupnya..(^_^)
